My name is Pat Oneil. I’m from reno Nv., I grew up in the 80s I was a skater and BMX kid. That emerging culture influenced me a lot, I was always drawing. At the time of writing this, I have been tattooing 23 years. Most of that has been in Las Vegas NV with my 4 children.
